When fall rolls around I’m always caught without the perfect weather jacket. My raincoats are either too thick or too light (and frankly not that cute) and my regular jackets can’t handle any type of weather. I don’t want to spend $200+ on a Barbour weather jacket, so I usually just avoid wearing a raincoat in the rain at all, until now. Jadelynn Brooke recently released the perfect jacket for rainy days, snowy days, or just chilly days and I could not love it any more. Today I’m sharing a simple way to style it while telling you just why I love it so much! Enjoy!
The jacket has a black exterior, making it extremely versatile, but is also lined with a bright, colorful print! I love a good pop of color and the interior pattern coordinates perfectly with these beaded earrings and the colorful camp socks I wore with my bean boots. I layered the jacket over a white sweater to match the fun white section of the pattern revealed when the jacket sleeves are cuffed and the pockets are opened. All the little buttons on the jacket are gold, which is so nice considering I wear almost only gold jewelry, including my Sashka Co. bracelets and adorable Bella Designs by Bree custom name choker. The jacket includes lots of other convenient and adorable features, including zippers on the sleeves, a wind and water repellent exterior, draw cord hood (also lined with the colorful print) and waist for an adjustable and flattering fit, and pockets! I’ve worn this jacket to school and have actually been asked if it was from Barbour (I saw the stylish similarities as soon as I opened the jacket!), yet it’s a good $200 less expensive. You can use my code “FLHS” for a 15% discount on the already great value.

Thanks for reading!
The jacket from Jadelynn Brooke as well as the earrings from E. Taylor Designs, choker from Bella Designs by Bree, and beaded bracelets from Sashka Co. featured in this post were sent to me in exchange for a feature in my blog. However, all opinions are honest and my own. I don’t feature products I don’t truly love!
I love your outfit! The rain jacket is beautiful. The pattern inside is gorgeous.
